The Novels & Stories

Ever since I was little, I've always had such a wild imagination. As a little kid, I'd be in my own little fantasy world with dinosaurs, Star Wars, the Middle Ages, Walker Texas Ranger, and astronomy. I eventually started imagining being the star of my own little stories. As I got older, I continued to hang on to these stories, adding more to them, developing them more, and then challenging myself to take these children's tales and turn them into a true novel. Directly pulled from my childhood, I created the Forgotten Lies series. As I started to put my stories to paper, I develop a major interest in writing. By the time I entered high school, I knew I wanted to be an author.

Many people ask me where I get my ideas from when writing a novel. I always tell them the various inspirations I draw from. However, what most people don't know is that to this day, I never truly let go of the boy who would star in his own stories when he was little. At night when my mind wanders off, I think of the boy who used to run with dinosaurs or explored outer space as he grows up to become a star in my books. He plays Noah in the Forgotten Lies series. He plays Aries in Town for Two. He even helps me write books that he doesn't star in including Accidentally Us and the Tragedy of Paul & Ava. My main source of inspiration is imagining what movies this boy would star in as he grew older. Every single book and idea I have ever created was/is pulled directly from his world.
